How to connect to “My account”?
To identify yourself, click on “My account” in the right corner on the top of your screen
You are a new customer
You can create your account in two ways:
during the ordering process, after having selected the items you want to buy
directly by clicking on “Create an account”.
You are already customer and forgot your password
Click on “My account” and then on “Password forgotten?”. Enter your e-mail address.
If your mail address is already in our customers’ database, we send you a link to reinitialise your password.
How to put in an order?
To add an item in your cart, select the item, then choose the desired size.
Click then on “Buy”. The item is then automatically added in “My cart”.
You can continue shopping and add other items in your cart.
When you have selected all the items you wanted to buy, go to “My cart”.
Click then on “Order”. Follow the various steps on the screen: delivery address, delivery mode, mode of payment and click then on “Order”.
You will be redirected to the secured payment module of the company Ogone. Follow the instructions given on the screen and your order will be finalised.
Which size to choose?
You have two information sources to choose correctly the size of your shoes.
On the detailed sheet of each model, a tab called “size and fit” informs you about the specificities of the selected shape. Some shapes are wider or thinner than others. Choose a shape that suits best your foot.
On the detailed sheet of each model, underneath the choice of the “size”, you will find a "Sizes Guide”. That document includes:
a table of correlation between the European, British and US sizes.
a foot-meter for use as shown in the document (mind to print the document in real size)
What is the amount of the delivery costs?
The delivery costs are calculated on the basis of the package weight, country and delivery mode. They are displayed on your screen and integrated into the total amount of your order. You can then validate your order.
In order to allow you to shop quietly on our site, we share partly or totally in the delivery costs. Information with this respect appears on your screen depending on your shopping and on your country of residence.
How to profit by the tax remission (VAT-free sale)?
If you asked for delivery outside of the EU States, tax remission (VAT-free sale) occurs automatically upon calculating the amount to pay. Caution, you will have to pay the taxes and customs duties of the country of destination.
What does Secured Payment mean?
We work with the secured payment platform Ogone ( Group Ingenico ), which has a long experience in managing online payment . For payment by bank card, you get a total security through "3D Secure" system. This system protects you from fraud as it checks for each payment that the card is used by its true owner. This is why you need to enter your card number for every purchase. Therefore there is no risk, your transaction is completely secure.
What are the payment methods?
We offer different methods of payment:
Bank card (direct debit and credit)
When paying by bank card on our site you are redirected to the secure website of Ogone (Group Ingenico ). The "3D Secure" system Ogone offers a very high level of security. No information about your bank card is stored.

When paying by bank card, an electronic signature is asked. Is this normal?
For the security of your payments, we use the "3D Secure" system. This is an additional control that allows you to be protected when buying. Upon payment you will be redirected to the secure website of the company Ogone (Group Ingenico ). It is necessary to follow the given instructions so that the bank transaction can succeed and that your order can be taken into account. For questions regarding this verification process, please contact your bank directly.
What to do when the credit card payment is declined?
If your payment was refused, please contact your bank to determine the reason for the refusal.
What are the delivery dates ?
We validate your order within 24 hours after receiving your payment.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, your order will be confirmed after receipt on our bank account. We guarantee the availability of the ordered products for 7 days. Without receiving your payment within this period, your order will be automatically cancelled.
After confirmation, your order will be prepared. Once your order shipped, you will receive an e- mail of confirmation with your tracking number.
For delivery in Belgium, delivery time is about 3 working days after receipt of payment.
For the countries of the European Union, delivery time is about 6 days.
For other destinations, delivery time is about 6-15 business days depending on the country.
During the sales periods, this delivery time may be more important.
How can I track the delivery?
When we send your package, you will receive an e -mail with a tracking number. This number will allow you to track your order online until delivery. For additional security, we have insured your package and it will be delivered against your signature. In case of delivery on a pick-up point or trough a package distributor, the availability of your package at the point of your choice will be notified by SMS.
How to exchange an item?
Exchanges are only possible for not worn, undamaged items in their original packaging. The "end of series" and models purchased during sales periods will not be exchanged.

If you made your purchase on our website
You can perform the exchange directly in one of our stores.
You can also return your article, provided that it has not been worn and that it is in its original packaging. You must first log in to your account to request a return on line. Once your application is approved, you will receive the procedure to be followed by e-mail.
The return costs are at your expense. Only the shipping of the new item is covered by Benson Shoes. We advise you to take the "insurance" option from the carrier because the return is under your sole responsibility. Exchanges are made subject to product availability.
How to get a refund for an item?
In case of a purchase on our website, you have a right of withdrawal provided by law. During the 14 days after receipt of your order, you can request a total or partial refund. In this case, the procedure is the same as for an exchange. You must first log in to your account to request a return online.
In case the order was paid by credit card, the refund will be made on the credit card used for your purchase. In case the order was paid by bank transfer, refund will be made by bank transfer to your bank account.
Are the proposed items in stock?
Except in case of error in the inventory, if you can put an item in your cart, it means that it is available in stock. If an item is temporarily out of stock, you cannot put it in your cart. A system of alert is proposed to inform you by e-mail when it will be again available.
We create a cookie relating to your cart for the smooth operation of the ordering process. That cookie is subsequently destroyed. A second cookie aiming at identifying you and allowing you direct access to your account at each of your visits is also installed.
Which measures are taken to protect the data confidentiality?
We are processing your data with utmost confidentiality. They will never be forwarded to third parties for commercial use. You have a right of access, modification, rectification and cancellation of your personal data.
